Account Deletion

From the app

Open the app, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, enter the registered email address, and submit the request.

Through support

If you cannot sign in, email support@kafvpn.com from the registered address and write “Delete my KAF VPN account”.

What happens next?

We will delete or de-identify account data that can be deleted. Limited records may be retained for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
